Sprint Reviews

If you're living in the US, there's a good chance you're using a phone on one of the four major carriers: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Leppik cites Sprint ( S ) as an example of customer service improvements - and the difficulty a company can have trying to maintain that edge. This position demanded that you be on the phone all day handling all types of issues with customers. Larger carriers AT&T and Verizon have low churn rates of approximately 1% for postpaid wireless, which means relatively few opportunities exist for Sprint to poach customers.

Still, Sprint can't compete with the positive buzz of customer-centric models like the T-Mobile Un-carrier” program , which provides customers with the freedom of no contract and no early termination fee. One of the new company's goals is to have enough customers to make AT&T and Verizon (and Comcast and Charter) nervous, and raising prices in any dramatic fashion isn't going to help there.

Hesse began his tenure by laying off 4,000 employees and closing 125 stores (No word on whether fired workers were invited to join the Sprint 1000 customers at another carrier.) In 2008, Sprint lost 5 million subscribers, resulting in a 32% year-to-year decline in wireless revenue.

I just called to cancel my service with Sprint. One thing to keep in mind as you try to reach Sprint help by calling them, is that other customers give their customer support at this number a 53% score for their communication skills and a 84% score for the overall help they received.

I understand sprint wont lose alot by losing me as a customer but word of mouth helps to fan the flames and by the treatment ive got here lately id much rather go back to AT&T seems like the service we got was not questionable this has been the worse switch ever its been nothing but hell as a customer of yours i would not recommend this service to a friend thru my experiences.

Sprint's ACSI customer satisfaction rating was an industry-worst 61 in 2007. While Sprint seemed to'”in your responses'”be at least courteous and above board about their issues, T-Mobile apparently doesn't have the resources for stellar customer service or infrastructure investment.

Low turnover means that people have a greater knowledge of your business and can handle issues better for customers. I didn't find out until today when my phone was broken and I called the insurance company that when they previously cancelled my service. Let's see… Sprint has 54 million customers according to the the complete stories I read, and they've cut off 1,000 troublesome customers.

Though its performance might not be as good as Verizon or AT&T, Sprint is still dependable and includes enough added features to make it a good choice. I told them they couldn't pay me to stay with Sprint and now they are finally doing what I ask. I consider having to take calls from customers a cost of doing business.

I called customer service demanding they refund my money. I was passed around to seven different customer service reps on May 21, 2007, and during this time, was disconnected 3 times with 3 different reps. Sprint has 7 phone numbers and 10 different ways to get customer help.

At any rate, the Sprint spokesperson called to stress that there are a number of factors that go into the decision to drop an account; it's not as if you reach some magical customer service call threshold and a computer auto-generates you a letter telling you you've been booted.

1) I called Sprint to cancel my account on January 14 2018 because when I Bad customer service was a customer of Sprint - I could not or received group texts when I was at home. Of course, by the time they did get it on the correct account, the agreement was for the wrong price and I yet again had to call customer service and get it corrected.
